About Vouchless
Vouchless provides digital event wallets and tools for event purchases and redemption. The event organiser, event-specific services and applicable purchase conditions must be identified before you pay.
Your event and purchase
Review the event, dates, selected bundle, credits, price, currency, fees and any restrictions before purchasing. Event credits do not guarantee entry or access to every activity; check the event conditions. These platform terms do not replace a separate event participation waiver.
Wallets and access
Keep your account credentials, wallet QR codes and access links secure. Do not share them with anyone you do not authorise to use your wallet. Contact the event organiser promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Using credits
Credits may be redeemed only for the event and eligible services attached to your purchase. Check the credit cost before confirming a redemption. Report a missing or incorrect transaction to the event organiser with your transaction reference.
Payments and confirmations
When online checkout is available, N-Genius collects card details on its hosted page. A browser return or a pending bank entry does not by itself confirm a successful purchase. Keep your purchase confirmation and transaction reference.
Cancellations and refunds
The Refund & Returns Policy explains how to raise a request. Any event-specific restrictions, unused-credit rules, request deadlines and fees must be disclosed before purchase. No new refund restriction on this page applies retrospectively to an existing purchase.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access another person’s wallet, interfere with event operations, or submit false transaction information. Event organisers may apply their disclosed access and safety rules.
Changes and questions
Purchase conditions applicable when you paid remain relevant to that purchase. For assistance, use the Contact page or speak to the event support desk. These terms do not remove rights available under applicable law.
