Email refund@vouchless.com with the event name, purchase date, transaction reference, amount and a description of the issue. Do not send a full card number, CVV, password or one-time security code.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Report duplicate payments, an incorrect amount, or a payment for which no credits were issued. Keep your receipt and transaction reference so the payment and wallet records can be checked. A pending bank authorisation may need separate review before it is treated as a completed charge.
Unused credits and changed plans
Refund eligibility for unused or partly used credits depends on the conditions disclosed for your event when you purchased. A single platform-wide rule has not been published. Do not assume credits are refundable, transferable or valid at another event without checking those conditions.
Cancelled or changed events
For an event cancellation, postponement or material change, contact the event organiser for the options applicable to your purchase. The final merchant-wide cancellation policy is awaiting confirmation.
Physical cards and returns
Digital credits cannot be returned as physical goods. For a damaged, faulty or incorrectly issued physical card, contact the event support desk. Card replacement, collection, return requirements and any fees depend on the conditions disclosed at purchase.
Approved refunds
Any approved online card refund is intended to go back through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider capabilities and applicable requirements. A wallet balance adjustment does not by itself prove that money has been returned to a bank account.
Request deadlines and processing times
The merchant-wide request deadline and refund processing time are awaiting confirmation. These details must be published before online checkout is enabled. Do not rely on an unconfirmed refund timeframe.
Existing purchases
For an existing purchase, refer to the terms provided when you paid and contact the event organiser. Nothing on this page removes rights available under applicable law.
